Conversion of Percentage of Marks to Grade Points: The external examination of Part A of the theory component (Semester end theory examination), the internal assessment marks of the theory component, and the Part B semester practicum component will be submitted at the end of each semester. The aggregate of marks obtained in each year for Theory and Practicum (i.e. Part A and B) shall be converted into Grades as given in the scheme

A candidate who passes the internal examination but fails the semester-end theory examination shall reappear for the said paper/papers only. However, his/her marks on the internal examinations shall be carried over, and he/she shall be entitled to a grade obtained by him/her on passing. 

A candidate who passes the semester-end examination but fails in the internal assessment of the course shall reappear for the internal examination of that course. However, his/her marks on the semester-end examination shall be carried over, and he/she shall be entitled to a grade obtained by him/her on passing.

The principal shall forward to the university the original marks awarded to every candidate in the internal assessment of theory component (Part A) and practicum component of each semester (Part B) as per the format provided by the university at the end of the semester, along with the Certification of Audit course in Semester 4, which will be scrutinized by the Coordination Committee.
